All asset investigations are conducted in full compliance with all applicable laws in performing the investigation, including, without limitation, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") Federal Banking Commission or State or Federal Laws ("FBC"), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA").

Helpful Information:

Returns:
Every bank located; name and corporate address, number of accounts, and balance total. Accounts identified matching subjects SSN or FEIN regardless of account title. In compliance with GLB Act, no account numbers can be given. A locate is considered any open account, regardless of balance.

Nationwide Bank Person or Business

Returns:
All major banks and credit unions in US. every bank located, name and corporate address, number of accounts, and average daily balance total. In compliance with GLB Act, no account numbers can be given. A locate is considered any open account, regardless of balance. Excluded banks charged $25.00 each. If available, balance on any prior identified account will be updated $250.00 each time.

Search of top 50 brokerage clearing houses to locate any investment accounts. Returns types of accounts and average daily balance. In compliance with GLB Act, no account numbers can be given. A locate is considered any open account, regardless of balance. No Exclusions. Returns list of houses checked.

Statewide Bank & Brokerage Combo
